Upcoming: Special Municipal Election, December 3, 2024

Please be advised that due to the upcoming holiday and runoff election the Fulton County Registration & Election Offices will operate on following dates and hours for office services and absentee ballot hand delivery:

Saturday, November 23
9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Sunday, November 24
12 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Monday, November 25 to Wednesday, November 27
9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Thursday, November 28 to Saturday, November 30
offices are closed

Sunday, December 1
Elections Hub Office Only 9am-4pm; all other offices closed

Monday, December 2
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tuesday, December 3 (Election Day)
The deadline for ballots to be received coincides with voting hours, therefore all offices will be open as follows:

  • 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for City of East Point – deadline for ballot to be received 7 p.m.
  • 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. for City of Atlanta – deadline for ballot to be received 8 p.m.

RISK LIMITING AUDIT NOTICE

RISK LIMITING AUDIT NOTICE

Pursuant to SEB Rule 183-1-15-.04, a Risk Limiting Audit (RLA) shall be selected by the Secretary of State for the November 5, 2024, General, Special and Nonpartisan Election. The contest to be audited shall be selected by the Secretary of State and shall be publicly announced and published on the Secretary of State webpage. The Risk Limiting Audit shall be open to the public and will take place at the following location, dates, and hours:

Union City, GA 30213

Start: Friday, November 15, 2024, at 10 a.m. until completion

Counties must start the RLA no later than November 18 at 9 a.m.

Deadline for completion: Tuesday, November 19, 2024, by 5 p.m.

PUBLIC NOTICE FOR LOGIC & ACCURACY TESTING

PUBLIC NOTICE FOR LOGIC & ACCURACY TESTING

Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-374 (b) and O.C.G.A §21-2-379.25(c) notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy testing of the voting equipment to be used in the December 3, 2024, General Runoff Election. L&A Testing will begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024.

L&A will continue daily from approximately 6 a.m. to 8 p.mm and will continue day to day until completed. The estimated completion date is November 30, 2024. You may contact our main office number to be advised of any L&A daily time schedule adjustments and/or if L&A has concluded at 404-612-7020.

The testing and equipment storage will be conducted at the:

Fairburn, GA 30213

The logic and accuracy testing process is open to the public.

NOTICE TO PROCESS ABSENTEE BALLOTS EARLY

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §21-2-386(a)(2)(A) notice is hereby given that the processing and scanning of Absentee Ballots for the December 3, 2024, General Runoff Election will commence on Monday, November 25, 2024, at 8 a.m. at the following location:

Fulton County Election Hub and Operations Center
5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road, Fairburn, GA 30213

Early processing will continue daily from approximately 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will continue day to day until completed. The completion date is December 6, 2024, Friday at 5 p.m.

In compliance with the Georgia Election Code Section 21-2-492, notice is hereby given that the computation and canvassing of the returns of votes cast in the December 3, 2024, General Runoff Election will be made at the Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections, Election Hub and Operation Center (EHOC) located at:
