Jurors play a vital role in the judicial process. Serving as a juror is a right and responsibility. Under the laws of Georgia, a citizen may serve on a jury if they:
- are a citizen of the United States;
- are 18 years of age or older;
- are current resident of the county and have resided in the county for at least six months prior to serving;
- are not a convicted felon who has not had voting rights restored
In Fulton County, juror service for Superior, State and Probate Courts is managed by the Office of the Jury Clerk.
