Permitting Process

Effective March 23, 2020, the development permitting review process has been modified and Fulton County will only accept electronic submissions. Please contact Mr. Damascus Rutledge at 404-612 2903 to obtain necessary log-in application or download from the forms section below.

Please electronically submit Plan Review Log-In Application, and construction plans (cover sheet, utilities – water/sewer related and profiles sheets) to Damascus.Rutledge@fultoncountyga.gov, or provide a digital link to access construction plans. Only credit card payments will be accepted.
