1. Submit application with attached Detailed Architectural Drawings along with Plan Review Fees.
2. Plans Review Engineer reviews drawings for compliance to Code (5-10 days). If corrections are needed, Engineer contacts applicant for pick up so he/she can revise the drawings. Applicant returns corrected plans; Engineer reviews and returns package to the Permit Specialists for processing.
3. Engineer returns package to Staff for processing.
4. Staff reviews application and confirms address. Total fees are accessed, including sewer fees and Permits are issued.
5. Staff adds permit information to computer system for progress tracking.
6. Required inspections are conducted by Third Party Inspectors. Inspections are reported and posted to the computer system.
7. Re-inspection fees, penalties/fines are paid; holds are released and Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
