The Department of Purchasing and Contract Compliance on behalf of the Department of Community Development released the 2025 Community Services Program (CSP) Request for Proposals (RFP) on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. The CSP RFP seeks proposals from qualifying non-profit 501(c)3 organizations providing services to Fulton County Citizens related to the Service Categories identified as part of the RFP.

Organizations responding to the RFP are strongly encouraged to attend the upcoming virtual Pre-Proposal Conference and Technical Assistance (T.A.) Workshops to receive detailed information regarding the Community Services Program RFP and to address questions and concerns. Representatives from the Fulton County Department of Community Development and the Department of Purchasing & Contract Compliance will be available to discuss the project and to answer any questions.

Responses to the RFP are to be received online via Fulton County WebGrants no later than Friday, March 7, 2025, at 3 p.m. Absolutely no proposals will be accepted after 3 p.m.
