Fulton County Arts & Culture is preparing for Ralph Ziman's "The Casspir Project". Hear more from Artist/Filmmaker Ralph Ziman. The vehicle behind me was a vehicle that was designed and built in South Africa in the late '70s. It South Africa it was called Casper; that was an anagram for the Center of Strategic and Industrial Research which was your government design bureau of the apartheid government and the South African police. It took about 3 and a half years and about 100 people worked on it. It's kind of amazing when people see it from a distance they think it's painted and then they'd walk over and they go "look it's beads".
