The Department of Purchasing and Contract Compliance on behalf of the Department of Community Development released the 2024 Veterans Services Program (VSP) Request for Proposals (RFP) on Friday, May 31, 2024. The RFP seeks proposals from qualifying non-profit 501(c)3 and 501(c)19 organizations providing services to Fulton County Veterans in one of two Service Categories: Health and Wellness, or Homeless and Housing.

Agencies funded in the Veterans Services Category of the 2024 Consolidated Community Services Program (CCSP) are not eligible to submit an RFP for 2024 Veterans Services Program funding. Organizations responding to the RFP are strongly encouraged to attend the upcoming virtual Pre-Proposal Conference and Technical Assistance Workshop to receive detailed information regarding the Veterans Services Program RFP and to address questions and concerns. Representatives from the Fulton County Department of Community Development and the Department of Purchasing & Contract Compliance will be available to discuss the project and to answer any questions. 

The Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference and Technical Assistance Workshop will be held on the following date:
