Fulton County District 4 Commissioner Natalie Hall joined justice partners with the Center for Civic Innovation. Panelists discussed the Fulton County Jail and the Atlanta City Detention Center and how the city facility could offer relief to the Rice Street Jail. Meaningful and actionable solutions were discussed to alleviate overcrowding and disrupt the cycle of inmates being released from jail only to be arrested again.
