The Canine Cellmates Program returned to the Fulton County Jail after a COVID-19 hiatus for safety. The Fulton County Sheriff's Office partners with the non-profit to teach inmates how to train dogs, a marketable skill once they're released from jail. The program encourages the men in hopes they won't return to jail. The four-legged graduates are from Fulton County Animal Services. The dogs are fully housebroken and well trained; perfect candidates for adoption.
