The 2021 Absentee Ballot Application process opens for Fulton County residents on Monday, August 16, 2021 for the November 2 Municipal Elections. Absentee ballots provide the option to residents who need or prefer to vote by mail instead of in-person. Changes in state law have brought many changes to the absentee ballot process.
To assist with the absentee ballot application process, the Fulton Absentee Portal will open on Monday, August 16. The Secretary of State’s office will not have a portal in place for the November 2, 2021 Municipal Elections.
Those interested in an absentee ballot for the 2021 Election, will be able to 1) request an application, 2) download an application, and 3) return the completed application by accessing the
Absentee Ballot Request Form on our website. Voters will also have access to the form through the Fulton Votes App.
