AFCWRC is a 7 member, management commission which acts as agent for the Joint-Venture Owners: The City of Atlanta and Fulton County, which operates the
Tom Lowe Atlanta Fulton County Water Treatment Plant that service drinking water to the City of Atlanta Sandy Springs and the northern part of Fulton County.
Following the introduction of AFCWRC members by General Manager Kathy
Crews, the members will receive an update on facility. Questions can be submitted in advance to kcrews@afcwrc.com.
