The Department of Purchasing and Contract Compliance on behalf of the Department of Community Development released the 2020 Community Services Program (CSP) Request for Proposals (RFP) on Wednesday, October 16, 2019. The RFP seeks proposals from qualifying non-profit organizations/educational institutions to provide services related to the Service Categories identified as part of the proposal.

Three Pre-Proposal Conferences and Technical Assistance Workshops are scheduled to provide RFP responders with detailed information regarding the Community Service Program RFP and to address questions and concerns. Representatives from the Department of Community Development and the Department of Purchasing & Contract Compliance will be available to discuss the project and to answer any questions. Organizations responding to the RFP are strongly encouraged to attend one of the workshops.
