The Homeless PITC is an annual count of sheltered and unsheltered homeless persons on a single night in January. The annual count is one of the most important tools to understand the nature and condition of those who are chronically homeless and most vulnerable in our community. The Homeless PITC is also crucial for tracking the success of local efforts to end homelessness in north, and south Fulton County and is essential for planning and resource development to end the economic and social challenges presented by homelessness.
