911 records are reproduced in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 50-18-71 seq. Requestors will receive a response to their request within 3 business days.

When requesting 911 records within Fulton County, records are maintained by the 911 agency that is responsible for the geographic area of the incident. It is helpful to know which police department responds to the incident location, in order to determine the 911 agency that holds the records.

The Fulton County Department of Emergency Services maintains only records for unincorporated Fulton County and the cities of Palmetto, South Fulton, Fairburn, Chattahoochee Hills, and Union City. However, prior to 2013, we have records for the city of Chattahoochee Hills.
