The Fulton County Department of Community Development has launched the proposals period for the Hope to Home Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program. Applicants may complete applications until Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 11 a.m. www.bidnetdirect.com/georgia/fultoncounty
The Department of Community Development will be allocating HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funding awarded from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the amount of $1,200,000.00. The HOME funding is available to aid in the provision of rental assistance to eligible households with low to moderate incomes, specifically those at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The subrecipient(s) will follow all HOME regulations such as tenant occupancy, income requirements, unit and payment standards and administrative performance.
