The Fulton County Board of Commissioners will hold its Second Regular May Meeting at Fulton County Government Center’s Assembly Hall (141 Pryor Street, NW, Atlanta, GA 30303) on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. The agenda for this meeting is available online at https://bit.ly/4byBFJW
The Board of Commissioners will receive updates regarding operations of several Fulton County departments including Public Works, Department of Real Estate and Asset Management (DREAM), Elections, Health and Human Services, and Finance. Following the end of the Board Meeting, the Commissioners will enter a work session during a special called meeting on the 10th Floor of the Government Center. Members of the public may attend the Board of Commissioners meeting in person. Social distancing is encouraged, and masks are optional. The meeting will be aired live on Fulton County Government Television's YouTube: http://bit.ly/WatchFGTV and Live Stream: https://www.fultoncountyga.gov/watch-fgtv
Residents have three options to participate in public comment: in person, virtually via Zoom or in writing via email. All virtual public comments and requests to speak in person must be submitted before the clerk sounds the start of the 10 a.m. meeting. During its January 16 Special Called Meeting, the Board of Commissioners approved a change regarding submission and presentation of all written email comments. All written email public comments will now be accepted by the Board of Commissioners by close of business the Monday before the scheduled meeting. Submitted written email public comments will be provided to each Board Member the following Tuesday. Email public comments will no longer be read during the Board of Commissioner Meetings. To submit a public comment in writing for the May 15 Board of Commissioners Meeting, residents can email Public.Comment@fultoncountyga.gov
