Common Probate Court Fees
All filing fees (including service fees) must be paid upon filing the petition with the Probate Court. The Probate Court will accept credit cards, cash, or money orders made payable to "Probate Court.” Personal checks are not accepted for weapons carry license or marriage license fees.

• Bills larger than $20 are not accepted.
