Substantial Amendment: Emergency Solutions Grant COVID-19 Response 


The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires Fulton County to publish for citizen review and comment, amendments to its Annual Action Plans. The County received a total of $2,529,828.00 in ESG CV funds in two allocations from HUD.

• ESG CV-2 Grant Application will be released later in 2020.

Per the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), Public Law 116-136, and Public Law 116-94, respectively the proposed plan changes will be available for public review on Fulton County’s webpage. The public can review the substantial amendment at www.fultoncountyga.gov.

The Fulton County 502 Continuum of Care is governed by a 15 member Board, 7 of which are appointed for 2-year terms by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners.


The Department of Community Development is accepting competitive applications for supplemental sub-recipient funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) related to the coronavirus pandemic for HUD’s COVID-19 Cares Act Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG-CV) funding.
