Jury Duty

Jurors play a vital role in the judicial process. Serving as a juror is a right and responsibility. Under the laws of Georgia, a citizen may serve on a jury if they:

• are a citizen of the United States;
• are 18 years of age or older;
• are current resident of the county and have resided in the county for at least six months prior to serving;
• are not a convicted felon who has not had voting rights restored

In Fulton County, juror service for Superior, State and Probate Courts is managed by the Office of the Jury Clerk.

Attention Jurors:

Free parking/shuttle service is available for all jurors at the Red and Yellow Lots located at 593 Central Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia, 30312.
