Colonel Leighton E. Graham Sr. is an Atlanta native, he attended Morris Brown College where he majored in Business Administration. Colonel Graham began his career with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office in 1986 as a Sheriff’s Deputy. Since that time he has served in many capacities within the agency. He has served as a member of the Sheriff’s Office SOG Unit (Special Operation Group) assigned to the Court Services Division. He served as an Internal Affairs Investigator from 1998 to 2009 where he achieved the rank of Captain Deputy Sheriff.
