Rhonda Heckard is a native Californian. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California.
After graduating from University High School, Rhonda worked for the Special Education.

Program for Los Angeles Unified School District as an Assistant Teacher. While employed with the school district, Rhonda attended classes at West Los Angeles City College and Mt. St. Mary’s College.

Rhonda has always had a passion for working with children and worked with LAUSD for 17 years.

Life’s journey led Rhonda and her family to Sugar Land, Texas, where she co-owned a small business for the past 15 years. Most recently, Rhonda moved to Atlanta and is excited to be a part of this amazing team.
